摘　　要：高校图书馆文献采购评标指标的权值的构建,在图书采购工作中是一个重要的环节。文章以25所高校图书馆文献采购的评标标准为研究对象,设置评标指标的AHP权值和熵权值;利用方差最大化的原理,优化组合AHP权和熵权,得到评标指标进行组合权值。该方法能协调主、客观因素,同时处理指标的模糊性和随机性,最终结果显示直观明了。其研究结果为文献资源采购评标指标权值的科学设计提供参考与借鉴。The construction of the weight value of evaluation indexes of document procurement in university libraries is an important link in the work of book procurement.This paper takes the evaluation criteria of literature procurement of 25 university libraries as the research object,sets up the AHP weight and entropy weight of evaluation index,optimizes the combination of AHP weight and entropy weight under the principle of maximum variance,and obtains the combination weight of evaluation index.This method can coordinate the subjective and objective factors.At the same time,the processing index of ambiguity and randomness,the final results showed intuitive.The research results can be used for reference and reference in the scientific design of evaluation index weights of Literature Resource Procurement.
