摘  要:目的探讨三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)组织细胞核增殖相关抗原Ki-67、微小RNA-155(miR-155)、黏蛋白1(MUC1)表达变化及其临床意义。方法选择TNBC患者85例,取手术切除的TNBC组织及其配对的癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组化法检测Ki-67、MUC1表达,采用RT-PCR法检测miR-155表达。比较TNBC组织与癌旁正常组织Ki-67、miR-155、MUC1表达变化,并分析其表达与患者临床病理特征的关系以及三者表达的关系。结果TNBC组织Ki-67、MUC1阳性表达率和miR-155相对表达量均高于癌旁正常组织(P均<0.05)。TNBC组织Ki-67表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),与年龄、绝经状态、组织分化程度、肿瘤直径无关(P均>0.05);miR-155表达与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),与年龄、绝经状态、肿瘤直径、临床分期无关(P均>0.05);MUC1表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄、绝经状态、组织分化程度、肿瘤直径、临床分期无关(P均>0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,TNBC组织Ki-67表达与miR-155、MUC1表达均呈正相关关系(P均<0.05),miR-155表达与MUC1表达亦呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论TNBC组织Ki-67、miR-155、MUC1表达明显升高,三者可能共同参与TNBC的发生、发展。Objective To investigate changes and clinical significance of nuclear proliferation-associated antigens Ki-67,microRNA-155(miR-155),and mucoprotein 1(MUC1)expression in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)tissues.Methods Eighty-five patients with TNBC were selected.The expression levels of Ki-67 and MUC1 from the surgically removed TNBC tissues and its adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression of miR-155 was detected by RT-PCR.The expression changes of Ki-67,miR-155 and MUC1 in TNBC tissues and adjacent normal tissues were compared,and the relationship between their expression and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed,as well as the relationship among the three expression levels.Results The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and MUC1 in TNBC tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(χ2=10.856 and 4.734,respectively,both P<0.05),and the relative expression level of miR-155 was also higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues(t=18.052,P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in the TNBC tissues was related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but not to the age,menopause,tissue differentiation degree,or tumor diameter(all P>0.05);the expression of miR-155 was related to the tissue differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but not to age,menopause,tumor diameter,or clinical stage(all P>0.05);the expression of MUC1 was related to lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not to age,menopause,tissue differentiation degree,tumor diameter,or clinical stage(all P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of Ki-67 in TNBC tissues was positively correlated with the expression of miR-155 and MUC1(r=0.713 and 0.647,respectively,both P<0.05),and the expression of miR-155 was also positively correlated with the expression of MUC1(r=0.596,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Ki-67,miR-155 and MUC1 in TNBC tissues significantly increase,which may be jointly involved in the occurrence and deve
