摘 要:介绍了HXD2型八轴电力机车的车体钢结构特点,结合机车在运行时部件的运动形式,识别机车在运行过程中车体受交变循环载荷的关键部位,通过对长期服役机车在牵引列车时的动态测试,测得机车车体结构的动应力和等效应力幅,通过测试结果评估车体结构强度和疲劳寿命是否能够保证机车在剩余服役时间的安全性和可靠性。The characteristics of HXd2 eight-axle electric locomotive's car-body steel structure are presented.Combined with the movement forms of locomotive parts in operation,the key parts of the car-body subjected to alternating cyclic load in locomotive operation are identified.The dynamic stress and equivalent stress amplitude of the car-body structure are measured by the dynamic test of long-term service locomotive during hauling train.The test results are used to evaluate whether the strength and fatigue life of the car-body structure can guarantee the safety and reliability of locomotive during the remaining service time.
