摘 要:根据电池企业试验标准对汽车前舱电池结构设计要求,对某款汽车前舱12 V电池结构进行4个典型挤压工况的有限元分析。选择合适的单元尺寸,对结构之间的接触方式进行了设置,保证了有限元计算的精度。通过观察电池结构分析结果中的最大变形和应力,不断改进电池包结构设计,最终得到满足企业标准的电池包结构。优化后的结构增强了承载能力,在结构变形和应力方面均达到设计要求。According to the design requirements of the battery structure of the front compartment of the automobile,the finite element analysis of the 12 V battery structure of a car's front compartment was analyzed.Select the appropriate element size,and set the contact mode between the structures in detail,thus ensuring the accuracy of the finite element calculation.By observing the maximum deformation and stress in the analysis results of the battery structure,the design of the battery pack structure was continuously improved,and the battery package structure was finally met to meet the enterprise standard.The optimized structure enhances the bearing capacity and meets the design requirements in terms of structural deformation and stress.
