口干症患者口干程度与伴随症状的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查口干症患者的口干程度与伴随症状之间的相关性。方法收集160例口干症患者的临床资料,将各项指标进行量化,并进行相关分析。结果口干程度与口腔灼痛、黏膜干燥、咽喉干燥、眼干、鼻干、味觉减退、口腔异味、声音嘶哑呈正相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄无相关关系(P>0.05)。龋均与口干程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论口干症不是增龄性变化,随着口干程度的加重可导致伴随症状的加重、龋齿的增多。Objective To observe the correlation between the degree of Xerostomia and associated symptoms in patients with xerostomia.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with xerostomia were collected,and the indicators were quantified and analyzed.Results The Xerostomia degree positively correlated with burning pain in mouth,dry mucosa,dry throat,dry eyes,dry nose,decreased taste,bad breath and hoarseness,but there is no correlation with the patient’s gender and age.The average number of dental caries was positively correlated with the xerostomia degree.Conclusion Xerostomia is not age-related,and the aggravation of xerostomia can aggravate the associated symptoms and increase the dental caries.
