光固化树脂贴面与烤瓷贴面在氟斑牙美容修复中的疗效及满意度比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对比光固化树脂贴面与烤瓷贴面对氟斑牙患者牙齿美容修复的疗效及满意度。方法:选择笔者医院2014年1月-2018年1月就诊的105例氟斑牙患者的病例资料,根据患者修复方式不同,分为烤瓷组(42例,患牙112颗)和树脂组(63例,患牙180颗),分别接受光固化树脂贴面和烤瓷贴面修复。比较两组患者术后12个月的临床疗效、并发症发生率、修复满意度以及术前、术后12个月龈沟液生化指标[基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)]水平。结果:术后12个月,两组患者治疗总有效率以及咬合功能异常、脱落发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);烤瓷组患者修复满意度高于树脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者龈沟液MMP-9、MMP-2水平均较术前升高,但烤瓷组低于树脂组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光固化树脂贴面与烤瓷贴面对于氟斑牙患者牙齿美容修复均有良好的效果,但烤瓷贴面可更好地抑制炎症,术后美观度更佳。Objective To compare the efficacy and satisfaction of light-cured resin veneer and porcelain veneer on dental cosmetic repair of patients with dental fluorosis.Methods The case data of 105 patients with dental fluorosis in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were included.According to the different methods of repair,the patients were divided into resin group(42 cases,112 affected teeth)and porcelain group(63 cases,180 affected teeth),and they were given light-cured resin veneer and porcelain veneer respectively.The clinical efficacy,incidence rates of complications and repair satisfaction at 12 months after surgery and levels of biochemical parameters of gingival crevicular fluid[matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)]before surgery and at 12 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results At 12 months after surgery,there were no significant differences in the total effective rate of treatment and total incidence rate of abnormal occlusion function and detachment between the two groups(P>0.05).The repair satisfaction in porcelain group was higher than that in resin group(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in gingival crevicular fluid in the two groups were increased compared with those before surgery,but the levels in porcelain group were lower than those in resin group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Light-cured resin veneer and porcelain veneer both have good effects on dental cosmetic repair of patients with dental fluorosis,but porcelain veneer can better inhibit inflammation and have better postoperative aesthetics.
