摘　　要：目的:探讨iRootSP冷侧法在牙体牙髓病中的应用及对满意度的影响。方法:选择2016年9月-2018年9月笔者科室收治的牙体牙髓病患者90例进行研究,以随机数表法分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=41)。对照组给予热牙胶垂直加压治疗,观察组采用iRootSP冷侧法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、根管充填效果、咀嚼功能、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组总有效率分别为97.96%、85.37%,有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者根管充填效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咬合力、咀嚼效率、牙龈指数及出血指数均明显改善,且观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组,牙龈指数、出血指数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者满意度为95.92%,显著高于对照组的80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症总发生率为8.16%、24.39%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在牙体牙髓病患者中应用iRootSP冷侧法效果显著,可有效改善患者咀嚼功能、满意度,减少并发症。Objective To study curative efficacy of IRoot SP cold side methodin treatment of Dental pulp diseaseand its effectson satisfaction.Methods 90 cases of patients with dental pulp disease admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected for study,divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=41)by random number table method.The control group was treated with hot gum vertical compression,and the observation group was treated with iroot SP cold side method.The clinical effect,root canal filling effect,mastication function,satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were 97.96%and 85.37%respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients’satisfaction in the observation group was 95.92%,significantly higher than that in the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total incidence of the two groups was 8.16%,24.39%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of iRoot SP cold side method in patients with dental pulp disease has a significant effect,which can effectively improve patients’chewing function,satisfaction and reduce complications.
