摘 要:工业机器人在木托盘加工中取代人工完成自动打钉,能够满足快速、大批量加工的生产要求,节省人力资源成本,是未来木托盘生产厂家应用重点。提出一种工业机器人自动打钉系统设计方案,根据木托盘的生产工艺,设计工作台、机器人打钉工具;通过编写机器人控制程序、图像检测程序,实现木托盘的自动化生产;利用蚁群算法分析机器人最佳打钉路线,进一步提高了生产效率。该系统已经投入生产,在实际使用过程中效率极高且运行稳定。Industrial robots replace manpower to realize automatic nailing function in wood pallet processing,which can meet the production requirements of fast and large-scale processing,and save human resource costs.It is the application focus of wooden pallet manufacturers in the future.A design scheme of the automatic nailing system based on industrial robots was presented.According to the production process of wooden pallets,the workbench and robot nailing tools were designed.The robot control program and image detection program were written to realize the automatic production of wooden pallet.The ant colony algorithm was used to analyze the optimal nailing route of the robot to further improve the production efficiency.The system has been put into production and has high efficiency and stable operation in practice.
