摘 要:通过分析双转台五轴机床结构与运动方式,研究了该机床结构的加工点位坐标转化规律和数控系统的代码转换规律,并推导出相应的公式。结合自动编程软件进行自由曲面叶轮的加工编程,通过上述推导的公式将编程得到的刀位文件转换为机床能够识别的代码,对生成的代码进行了仿真验证并基于此进行了实际加工,证明了所推导公式的正确性。该研究为用双转台五轴机床加工自由复杂曲面提供了理论基础。By analyzing the structure and motion mode of the five-axis machine tool with double turntable,the transformation law of the machining point coordinates of the machine tool structure and the code transformation law for the CNC system of the machine tool were studied,and the corresponding formula was deduced.Combined with the automatic programming software,the machining programming of free-form surface impeller was carried out,and the cutter location file obtained by programming was converted into the code that could be recognized by the machine tool through the formula derived above.The generated code was simulated and verified,and processed in practice.The correctness of the derived formula was proved.The study provides a theoretical basis for the machining of free-form complex surface using five-axis machine tools with double turntable.
