摘 要:针对电动公交车用永磁直流电机控制系统受电机参数摄动、挡位变化及载荷变化的问题,在建立控制系统主回路的基础上对电动公交车的驱动和滑行工况再生制动进行研究,提出了基于遗传算法的鲁棒H∞控制方法。以控制系统的最小干扰和良好的鲁棒性为控制目标,将鲁棒H∞控制器中加权函数的选取转化成多目标优化问题,通过遗传算法对其进行优化,设计出最佳的鲁棒H∞控制器。实验结果表明:采用鲁棒H∞控制器在公交车驱动时的速度响应较双闭环PI控制更快,在下坡滑行工况再生制动时比双闭环PI控制具有更好的稳定性、更强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。Aimed at the problem that the control system of permanent magnet DC motor for electric bus was subject to motor parameter perturbation,gear change and load change,the regenerative braking of electric bus in driving and sliding condition was studied on the basis of establishing the main loop of control system,the robust H∞control scheme based on genetic algorithm was proposed.The minimum interference and good robustness of the control system were taken as control objectives,the selection of the weighted function in the robust H∞controller was transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem.The optimal robust H∞controller was designed by using the genetic algorithm to optimize.The experimental results show that the bus with robust H∞controller has a faster speed response during driving than the bus with double closed loop PI control,and has better stability,stronger robustness and anti-interference ability than the bus with double closedloop PI control during regenerative braking in downhill sliding condition.
