摘  要:目的比较由CAD/CAM技术制作的三种可切削材料嵌体的边缘微渗漏程度。方法采用CAD/CAM系统CEREC AC制作树脂、玻璃陶瓷、纯钛嵌体修复离体前磨牙I类洞,经冷热循环实验后,采用染料渗入法、体式显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观测三种材料嵌体边缘微渗漏的程度及嵌体与牙体间的密合度情况。结果①体视显微镜观察:玻璃陶瓷嵌体与洞壁之间的染料渗入最少,着色最浅;纯钛嵌体与洞壁之间的染料渗入最多,着色最深;树脂嵌体与洞壁之间的染料渗入及着色程度介于其他两组之间,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②扫描电镜观察:玻璃陶瓷嵌体与牙体间的边缘间隙最小,密合程度明显高于其他两组,牙体切面的结构比较均匀;纯钛嵌体与牙体间的边缘间隙最大,边缘密合程度最低;树脂嵌体与牙体间的边缘间隙大小介于前两组之间,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CAD/CAM技术制作的玻璃陶瓷嵌体边缘微渗漏程度显著低于树脂嵌体和纯钛嵌体。%Objective To explore the degree of microleakage differences of three kinds cutting materials made by CAD/CAM technology.Methods The CAD/CAM CEREC AC was used to make resins,glass ceramics,and pure titanium inlays to repair vitro molar type I hole.After temperature cycle experiment,the microleakage and adaptation between inlay and tooth body of the 3 groups had been measured by dye penetration,stereomicroscope and SEM.Results①Stereomicroscope observation:The dye infiltration between the glass ceramic inlay and the wall of the cave is the least,and the coloring is the shallowest.The dye infiltration between the pure titanium inlay and the wall of the cave is the most,the coloring is the deepest.Dye penetration and coloration between the resin inlay and the wall of the hole is between the other two groups.There were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).②SEM observation:The gap between the glass ceramic inlay and the tooth is the smallest,the degree of adhesion is significantly higher than the other two groups,and the structure of the tooth section is relatively uniform.The edge between the pure titanium inlay and the tooth is the largest,and the edge is the least.The edge gap between the resin inlay and the tooth is between the first two groups.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The microleakage of glass ceramic inlays made by CAD/CAM technology is significantly lower than that of resin inlays and pure titanium inlays.
