女性海洛因依赖者空间定位功能损伤与年龄关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究女性海洛因依赖者空间定位功能的损伤情况,及其与海洛因使用时长和年龄的关系。方法采用空间方位实验任务评估20例女性海洛因依赖者和19名女性健康对照的空间定位功能,记录被试判断足拇趾朝向的正确率与反应时。结果依赖组判断拇趾向左图片比对照组慢[(586.6±115.5)ms vs.(531.7±56.4)ms,P<0.05],而两组判断正确率及判断拇趾向右的反应时无统计学差异(P>0.05)。偏相关分析发现,依赖组判断拇趾向左(r=-0.49,P=0.03)和拇趾向右(r=-0.65,P<0.01)图片时的正确率与年龄负相关,判断拇趾向右图片时的反应时(r=0.45,P=0.02)与年龄正相关;依赖组判断的准确性和反应速度与海洛因使用时长均无统计学相关性(P>0.05)。结论女性海洛因依赖者的空间定位功能受损,其方位判断速度变慢、准确性下降可能与女性吸毒者年龄相关,未发现与海洛因使用时长相关。Objective To investigate the effect of heroin dependence on spatial orientation ability in women,and to explore the association of this effect with dependents′age or with dependent duration.Methods Twenty heroin dependent women and 19 healthy women were recruited in the study.The spatial orientation ability was evaluated by a task,in which the participants were asked to distinguish the direction of hallux.Results Compared with control group,heroin dependent group showed slower discrimination reaction speed[(586.6±115.5)ms vs.(531.7±56.4)ms].In the heroin dependent group,covariance analysis found a negative correlation between discrimination accuracy and dependents′age when the hallux was towards to left(r=-0.49,P=0.03)and right(r=-0.65,P<0.01),and a significant positive correlation between the reaction speed of discrimination and dependents′age when the hallux was towards to right(r=0.45,P=0.02).However,no correlation was found between the dependent duration with spatial orientation performance(P>0.05).Conclusion Heroin may have negative effects on spatial orientation ability of heroin dependent individuals,and the impairment is probably related to their age but not duration.
