摘 要:基于中国综合社会调查项目2015年数据,利用基础Mincer回归方程、扩展Mincer回归方程以及无条件分位数回归方法,分析比较均值水平和不同分位数水平上我国男性和女性就业者的工资差异及其主要影响因素。发现:性别、学历水平、工作经验、婚姻状况以及身体健康状况是影响我国城镇劳动力市场工资水平的关键因素,男性和女性就业者工资水平的影响因素大致相同,其最主要为学历水平和工作经验,说明人力资本的提升有助于工资水平的增长;各学历水平以及各分位数下,男性就业者的教育回报率均低于女性,说明教育投资对女性工资的促进作用更为明显;婚姻状况对男性和女性就业者的影响方向完全相反,传统的家庭观念使得婚姻关系对男性收入的影响有一定的积极作用,而对女性产生一定的消极作用。Based on CGSS2015 data,this paper uses the basic Mincer regression equation,the extended Mincer regression equation and the unconditional quantile regression method to analyze the gender wage differentials in China’s urban labor market and explore the main influencing factors at the mean level or different quantile levels.The main conclusions are as follows.First,the main factors that affect the salary level are gender,education level,work experience,marital status and health status in the urban labor market.The factors that affect the wage level of male and female employees are roughly the same.The most important factors are education and work experience,indicating that the promotion of human capital contributes to the growth of wage.Second,the return on education of female employees is higher than that of male employees at all levels of education in all quantiles.Education has a more positive effect on women's earnings.Third,the effect of marriage on male and female employees is completely opposite.Traditional family values make the effect of marriage on men's earnings more positive while it has a negative effect on female employees.
