摘　　要：产教融合是当前国家高等职业教育的热点问题,构建基于产教融合的财经商贸类专业人才培养体系,对于培养本专业技能人才、增进校企合作与产出、确保人才质量具有十分重要的作用。论文以益阳职业技术学院为例,对产教融合背景下财经商贸类专业人才培养模式进行探讨。The integration of industry and education is a hot issue in the current national higher vocational education.The establishment of a talent training system for finance and business majors based on the integration of industry and education plays a very important role in cultivating the professional skills,enhancing the cooperation and output between schools and enterprises,and ensuring the quality of talents.Taking Yiyang Vocational&Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the talent training mode of finance and business majors under the background of integration of industry and education.
