摘  要:根据热力学原理,通过910个二元组合,重新审视Hume-Rothery法则,探索固溶体形成的普遍规律。针对影响固溶度的因素,肯定原子半径的作用,指出电负性不适用于以副族元素为溶剂的合金系,以及相对价效应和价电子浓度因素的局限性。就普遍规律而言,组元的原子结构是影响固溶体形成以及固溶度大小的决定性因素。溶剂是主族或副族元素表现在溶解能力上有很大差别。在此基础上修改Hume-Rothery法则,形成新的方案并命名为SSS法则,其要点包括:保留原子半径作为固溶度的判据,对于溶剂为副族元素的合金系以电离能代替电负性作另一判据。按照SSS法则,区分溶剂是主族或副族元素建立预测合金固溶度的D-G或A-I图,获得了较高的正确率。According to the principles of thermodynamics,this work re-examined the Hume-Rothery rule and explored the general regularity of solid solution formation through 910 binary combinations.For the factors affecting solid solubility,the role of atomic radius is affirmed.However,we argue that electronegativity is not suitable for alloy systems with sub-group elements as solvents,and then demonstrate limitations of relative valence effect and valence electron concentration factor.As far as the general regularity is concerned,the atomic structure is the decisive factor affecting the formation of solid solution and its solid solubility.Solvents are the main group or sub-group of elements show a great difference in the ability to dissolve.On this basis,this work modified the Hume-Rothery rule,and proposed a new scheme named SSS rule.The main points of SSS rule include:retaining the atomic radius as a criterion for solid solubility;for the alloy system whose solvent is a sub-group element,ionization energy is used instead of electronegativity as the criterion.The results show that a higher accuracy rate is obtained according to the SSS rule.
