摘　　要：目的探讨检测同源异型盒基因C13(HOXC13)在食管鳞癌的表达及其临床意义。方法采用实时PCR检测120例食管鳞癌组织和癌旁正常食管组织中HOXC13基因表达水平,分析其与临床病理特征的关系和食管鳞癌生存时间的影响因素。结果与癌旁正常食管组织相比,食管鳞癌组织中HOXC13基因表达水平上调(P<0.05);HOXC13水平升高与食管鳞癌T分期、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05);HOXC13基因高表达的食管鳞癌患者5年总生存率降低(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析显示,HOXC13基因高表达为食管鳞癌预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HOXC13在食管鳞癌组织中表达升高,与患者T分期、淋巴结转移、TNM分期和预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of homeobox C13(HOXC13)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods The expression of HOXC13 was detected by real-time PCR in ESCC tissues(group T)and tumor-adjacent normal esophageal tissues(group N)of 120 ESCC patients.The relationship between HOXC levels and the clinicopathologic features of ESCC patients was analyzed.The factors influencing the overall survival(OS)was analyzed as well.Results The expression level of HOXC13 in group T was significantly higher than that in group N(P<0.05).The increase of HOXC13 expression in ESCC tissues was closely related to the T stage,lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).The rate of OS in patients with higher levels of HOXC13 expression in ESCC tissues was decreased(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis suggested that HOXC13 was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of ESCC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of HOXC13 in ESCC is significantly increased,which is closely related to the T stage,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and prognosis.
