摘　　要：本文结合王楼煤矿实际,从创客体系建设背景、理论基础、框架体系、运行实施及实施效果等方面,探讨如何通过创客体系建设引导和激励员工创新创造,营造自主创新环境,提升企业自主创新能力。Based on the actual situation of Wanglou Coal Mine,this paper discusses how to guide and encourage employees to innovate and create,create an independent innovation environment and enhance the independent innovation ability of enterprises from the aspects of background,theoretical basis,framework system,operation implementation and implementation effect of maker system construction.
