摘　　要：结合黑龙江省农村一二三产业融合发展现状,选取与三产融合发展的相关数据,利用赫芬达尔指数法计算融合度,构建五维度含20个指标的融合发展水平综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法对我省2006~2017年农村产业融合发展水平进行了定量研究,根据分析结果从延伸农业产业链、政府出台相关政策及创新留人用人机制等方面提出几点建议。Combining with the status quo of the integration of rural one,two,and three industries in Heilongjiang province,the relevant data of the integration of the three industries were selected,and the Herfindahl index method was used to calculate the degree of integration.Then a comprehensive evaluation index system of the five-dimensional integrated development level with 20 indicators was constructed,and the entropy method was used to quantitatively evaluate the development level of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang province from 2011 to 2017.According to the analysis results,several suggestions were put forward from the aspects of extending the agricultural industrial chain,the government’s introduction of relevant policies and the mechanism of innovation and retention of personnel.
