摘  要:以某支线集装箱船为研究对象,逐步论述、权衡并确定其舵的几何参数,根据该几何校算所需的舵杆直径和舵机功率。采用CAESES和STAR-CCM+软件分别进行舵的参数化建模和舵周流场的数值仿真,基于流场信息完成舵的扭曲设计,最终得到与该集装箱船相匹配的扭曲舵方案。数值试验结果表明,该设计扭曲舵在节能和抗空化性能方面的表现相比普通舵有较为可观的提升。The paper takes a branch container ship as the research object,and gradually discusses,weighs and determines the geometric parameters of its rudder.According to the designed geometry,the required rudder stock diameter and steering gear power are calculated and checked.The software CAESES and STRA-CCM+are respectively applied to perform parametric modeling of the rudder and numerical simulation of the rudder circumferential flow field.The rudder twist angle is designed based on the flow field information.The design ultimately gets a twisted rudder solution that matches the container ship.The numerical test results show that the design of the twisted rudder has a considerable improvement in energy saving and anti-cavitation performance compared with the ordinary rudder.
