摘  要:目的:分析频域OCT检测早期原发性开角型青光眼视盘参数与视野缺损的相关性。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治早期原发性开角型青光眼患者50例作为观察组;选取同期体检健康成人50例作为对照组。两组均接受视盘形态应用频域OCT检测。比较两组视盘参数差异,同时分析视盘参数与视野缺损的相关性。结果:观察组垂直杯盘比、平均杯盘比及视杯容积均高于对照组,盘沿面积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组视野缺损高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期原发性开角型青光眼患者可通过频域OCT检测,其中视野缺损与盘沿面积具有较高相关性,可用于该类疾病诊断中。Objective:To explore the correlation between video disc parameters and visual field defect in early primary open-angle glaucoma by frequency domain OCT detection.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,50 patients with early primary open-angle glaucoma were selected as the observation group.50 healthy adults in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were detected by frequency domain OCT.We compared the differences of video disc parameters between the two groups,and analyzed the correlation between video disc parameters and visual field defect.Results:In the observation group,the vertical cup plate ratio,the average cup plate ratio and the visual cup volume were higher than those in the control group,and the rim area was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the visual field defect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a high correlation between visual field defect and disc area in early primary open-angle glaucoma by frequency domain OCT detection,it can be used in the diagnosis of such diseases.
