摘　　要：目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情对山东省公立医院运营的影响,为医院应对疫情冲击及政府制定政策提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,通过网络对山东省公立医院进行调查。采用描述性分析、χ2检验对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:收到有效问卷62份,分析显示,新冠肺炎疫情对医院业务影响严重,医院运营面临资金周转困难、医疗业务恢复缓慢、疫情防控成本过高、员工薪酬发放和药品耗材采购困难等紧迫问题。结论:常态化疫情防控阶段,医院应完善重大突发公共卫生事件的风险防控机制,积极恢复正常医疗工作;政府应落实财政补助及相关政策,帮助医院尽快走出困境。Objective To understand the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the operation of public hospitals in Shandong Province,and provide references for hospitals to deal with the impact of the epidemic and the government to formulate policies.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the public hospitals in Shandong Province through the network.Descriptive analysis andχ2 test were used to analyze the survey results.Results 62 valid questionnaires were collected,and the analysis showed that COVID-19's epidemic situation had a serious impact on hospital business.Hospital operation is faced with urgent problems such as cash flow difficulties,slow recovery of medical business,high cost of epidemic prevention and control,staff salaries and difficulties in purchasing drug consumables.Conclusion In the post-epidemic era,hospitals should improve the risk prevention and control mechanism of major public health emergencies and actively resume normal medical work;the government should implement financial subsidies and related policies to help hospitals out of the predicament as soon as possible.
