新加黄龙汤对于防治结直肠癌患者术后炎性肠梗阻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨新加黄龙汤对于防治结直肠癌患者术后炎性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年3月~2019年4月收治的结直肠癌术后炎性肠梗阻患者40例,按照随机数表法,将40例患者平均划分为治疗组和对照组。予以对照组患者西医常规内科治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上予以新加黄龙汤治疗。分别观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、饮食恢复时间、血清炎症因子水平以及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状改善时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组饮食恢复时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清炎症因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新加黄龙汤防治结直肠癌术后炎性肠梗阻具有确切的临床效果,不仅能显著改善患者的临床症状,缩短饮食恢复时间,还能降低血清炎症因子水平,减少不良反应的发生几率,提高患者的生存质量,值得在临床范围内大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinjia Huanglong decoction on the prevention and treatment of postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in the patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 40 patients with postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction after colorectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,40 patients were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given conventional western medical treatment.The patients in the treatment group were given Xinjia Huanglong decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the time of dietary recovery,the level of serum inflammatory factors,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom improvement time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of dietary recovery in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum inflammatory factor level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinjia Huanglong decoction has obvious clinical effects in the prevention and treatment of postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction after the surgery of colorectal cancer.It not only can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the time of dietary recovery,but also reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of widespread promotion in the clinical practice.
