摘 要:目的 该文旨在讨论手术室护理教学中采取临床护理路径式带教方法的价值.方法 选择2018年3月—2019年6月前来该院手术室实习的实习护士作为研究对象,总计120名.按照随机分配的方式将患者划分为实验组与对照组,每组60名.对照组护生接受常规带教方式,而实验组则接受护理路径式带教方法.对比两组护生考核成绩以及专科护理素质评分.结果 实验组理论考核成绩为(94.25±2.24)分,实操技能考核成绩为(94.02±1.97)分,两项评分均较对照组(88.32±2.82)分与(88.32±2.31)分更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组专科护理素质评分为(9.02±0.83)分,相较于对照组(7.51±1.12)分更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 相较于传统护理带教工作而言,护理路径式带教方法可以显著提高手术室带教工作质量,有助于提高护生理论知识以及实践技能掌握程度,提高护生专科护理素质.Objective The purpose of this article is to discuss the value of clinical nursing path teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods In this experiment,a total of 120 cases of intern nurses who came to the operating room of the hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.Allnurses were divided into experimental group and control group according to random allocation,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group received nursing path teaching methods.The two groups of nursing students'assessment scores and the specialty nursing quality scores were compared.Results The experimental group's theoretical assessment score was(94.25±2.24)points,and the practical skills assessment score was(94.02±1.97)points.Both scores were higher than the control group(88.32±2.82)points and(88.32±2.31)points.There was a statistically significant difference in data between groups(P<0.05).The professional nursing quality score of the experimental group was(9.02±0.83)points,which was higher than that of the control group(7.51±1.12)points,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing teaching,the nursing path teaching method can significantly improve the quality of teaching in the operating room,help to improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students,and improve the nursing quality of nursing students.
