摘 要:针对镍始极片在实际生产中国内企业所使用的剥片机出现的剥片效率低,剥离后出现塑性变形的问题,首先对镍始极片剥片机进行挠曲阶段的研究及分析,然后对镍始极片进行三维建模,将镍始极片的三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,进行求解并得出了镍始极片的应力云图,求出了较为准确的挠曲力范围值,当挠曲力处于此范围时,就能保证镍始极片预剥离的成功率以及质量;然后对吸盘式镍始极片吸盘架旋转角度和剥片机剥片动作进行了优化设计。将优化结果应用于实际工厂之中,基本满足了生产要求。In view of the low stripping efficiency of the stripping machine used by domestic enterprises in the actual production of nickel starting sheet,and the problem of plastic deformation after peeling,this paper firstly studies and analyzes the deflection stage of the nickel starting sheet stripper.Then,the three-dimensional model of the nickel starting sheet is modeled,and the threedimensional model of the nickel starting sheet is introduced into the ANSYS Workbench to solve the stress cloud map of the nickel starting sheet,and the more accurate range of the deflection force is obtained.When the flexural force is in this range,the success rate and quality of the pre-peeling of the nickel starting sheet can be ensured;then the rotation angle of the sheet suction cup holder and the stripping action of the stripper are optimized.The results are applied to the actual plant and basically meet the production requirements.
