童趣化理念指导护理干预对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿生活质量及家属满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨童趣化理念指导下的护理干预对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿生活质量及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月间西安市儿童医院收治的35例视网膜母细胞瘤患儿为对照组,选取2018年9月至2019年9月间收治的35例视网膜母细胞瘤患儿为观察组,对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上采用童趣化理念护理干预,比较两组患儿治疗依从性、情绪状态、生活质量及家长护理满意度。结果观察组患儿治疗依从情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。护理后,两组患儿焦虑和抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。护理后,两组患儿躯体、角色、认知、情绪和社会功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组患儿评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。护理后,观察组患儿家长在舒适疼痛感受、健康教育效果、护理操作技能和治疗管理等得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论童趣化理念指导下的干预措施在视网膜母细胞瘤患儿的护理中,可提高患儿的治疗依从性和生活质量,改善不良情绪,提高家长护理满意度。Objective To explore effects of nursing intervention under the concept of cheerful children on quality of life in retinoblastoma children and satisfaction of their family members. Methods Thirtyfive children with retinoblastoma were selected at Xi’an Children’s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 as an observation group and another 35 retinoblastoma children were selected at the same hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as a control group. Nursing intervention under the concept of cheerful children based on routine nursing was given to the observation group and conventional nursing was given to the control group. Treatment compliance,emotion status,quality of life,and satisfaction of their family members were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance was better in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). After nursing,scores of Hamilton depression scale( HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale( HAMA) were lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P <0. 05). After nursing,scores of physical,identity cognitive,emotional and social function were higher in observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). After nursing,scores of satisfaction of their family members with comfort and pain sense,health education effect,nursing operation skills and treatment management were higher in observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention under the concept of cheerful children can improve treatment compliance,quality of life and adverse emotions in retinoblastoma children and increase parental satisfaction with nursing.
