中医药院校研究生实验室管理及科研素养培养之管见

摘　　要：提高中医药院校研究生实验科研素养并建立有效的实验室管理体制,对提高研究生培养质量,增强中医药院校科研实力至关重要,也是当前高等医学教育工作者共同关心的问题。本文对中医药院校实验室现有研究生培养模式现状进行分析和探讨,重点分析了PI科研实验室的规范化专人管理、软硬件设施及学术例会制度,并提出科研实验室之间应开展广泛的学术交流、实验室应重视对研究生的科研道德教育、重视人文素养的培养和人文关怀等若干思考及建议。In order to improve the quality of postgraduate training and enhancing scientific research in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,it is very important to improve the quality of postgraduate experimental research and establish an effective laboratory management system in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.It is also a common concern of the current higher medical educators.This paper analyzes and discusses the present situation of postgraduate training mode in laboratories of TCM colleges and universities,and mainly analyzes the standardized management by special personnel,software and hardware facilities,regular academic meeting of principal investigator laboratory,puts forward some thoughts and suggestions,such as extensive academic exchanges among research laboratories,pay attention to the moral education of scientific research for Postgraduates and the cultivation of humanistic quality and humanistic care.
