摘 要:研究QuEChERS-液相色谱串联四极杆质谱(liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry,LC-MS-MS)方法中,乙腈、乙腈+水(体积比1∶1)和甲醇+水(体积比1∶1) 3种常用的溶剂对98种农药标准物质和2种加标基质稳定性的影响。标准溶液(浓度为0.080μg/mL) 11 h的连续测定结果显示,甲醇+水(体积比1∶1)中标准物质峰面积长时间的稳定性最好,乙腈+水(体积比1∶1)次之,乙腈最差。使用甲醇+水(体积比1∶1)配制标准物质时,长期不稳定的农药仅为四螨嗪、氟苯脲、杀扑磷和异菌脲。对韭菜和橙子2种加标基质放置3 h的稳定性研究结果表明,橙子基质中农药测定结果在3种溶剂中稳定性均优于韭菜,而以甲醇+水(体积比1∶1)作为溶剂对于检测结果的稳定性贡献更大。The stability of 98 pesticide standards and two matrix standards in three commonly used solvents,namely acetonitrile,acetonitrile/water(1∶1),and methanol/water(1∶1),was tested using QuEChERS-LC-MS-MS. The continuous measurement results of the standards for 11 hours showed that the peak area of the standards in methanol/water showed relative long-term stability than that in acetonitrile/water;while the stability in acetonitrile was poor. When methanol/water was used to prepare the standards,tetrabenazine,flufenuron,fenflufen,and isocarbazone were to be unstable. The unstable pesticides in methanol/water were tetramazine,flubenzuron,fenflufen,and allazurea. The stability results of the two matrix standards for 3 hours in leeks and oranges indicated that pesticide stability in the orange matrix was better,and methanol/water contributed more to the stability of the test results.
