摘　　要：通过对四省市497名限制减刑罪犯和498名长刑期罪犯就监狱管理与教育等方面作问卷调查,结果表明两类罪犯存在较为显著的差异,需要监狱机关对限制减刑罪犯采取更有针对性的管教措施,以确保监管安全,提升教育改造质量。Based on a questionnaire survey of 497 criminals with limited commutation and 498 criminals with long sentence in four provinces and cities on prison management and education,the results show that there are significant differences between the two types of criminals,which requires the prison authorities to take more targeted measures to control the criminals with limited commutation,so as to ensure the safety of supervision and improve the quality of education and transformation.
