摘　　要：新时代大健康背景下高等护理教育要以培养优质的应用型护理人才为目标,树立大健康理念,将中医优秀传统文化有机融渗于护理人才培养,构建“人才培养是核心、科学研究是基础、社会服务是任务、传承创新是动力、国际交流是主题”的“职能融合、五位一体”的培养模式,适应新时代护理学学科建设的发展要求。Under the background of general health in the new era,higher nursing education should aim at cultivating high-quality applied nursing talents,establish the concepts of health,integrate excellent traditional Chinese medicine culture into the training of nursing talents.To meet the development requirements of nursing discipline construction in the new era,a training mode of"function integration and five-in-one"should be established,which is"talent cultivation is the core,scientific research is the foundation,social service is the task,inheritance and innovation is the driving force,and international exchange is the theme."
