摘　　要：“双一流”建设的开展为我国法学学科的发展提供了新机遇。一流的研究生教育是建设一流法学学科的突破口。我国地方高校的法学研究生教育过程中出现了目标定位不清、资源配置失衡、培养体系同质化、教育模式不合理等问题。地方高校应从目标定位、教学模式、实践体系、资源配置等多个角度探究法学研究生教育的改革路径,以强化自身学科建设,为实现“双一流”建设目标提供有力支持。The construction of“Double First-Class”provides new opportunities for the development of law discipline in China.First-class postgraduate education is the breakthrough to build the first-class law discipline.However,problems emerge in the process of law postgraduate education in local colleges and universities in China,such as unclear target orientation,unbalance of resources allocation,homogenization of training system and unreasonable education mode.Local colleges and universities should explore the reform path of law postgraduate education from the perspectives of target orientation,teaching mode,practice system and resource allocation,so as to strengthen their own discipline construction and provide strong support for“Double First-Class”construction.
