摘  要:为了研究不同组分对再造烟叶浆料体系性质的影响,对不同条件下浆料体系打浆度、纤维质量、纤维分布、滤水性能、ZETA电位等进行探究,结果表明:烟草浆纤维含量低而杂细胞多,纤维粗短且表面粗糙。叶浆和烟灰棒占比高,浆料体系打浆度、ZETA电位高,纤维长度下降,粗度、宽度及细小组分含量增加。添加填料后,浆料体系ZETA电位逐渐降低,添加助剂后,浆料体系ZETA电位逐渐增加。外加纤维利于浆料体系滤水性能改善,相同添加比例条件下,添加重质碳酸钙的浆料体系滤水速率快于轻质碳酸钙,添加壳聚糖的浆料体系滤水速率快于瓜尔胶。In order to study the influence of different components on the properties of reconstituted tobacco pulp system,the beating degree,fiber quality,fiber distribution,water filtration performance and zeta potential of the pulp system under different conditions were investigated.The results showed that the fiber of tobacco pulp was short and coarse,the fiber surface was rough,and there were many non-fiber cells in the tobacco pulp.The proportion of leaf pulp and soot rod was high,beating degree and zeta potential of pulp system were high,fiber length decreased,coarseness,width and fines content increased.Zeta potential of the pulp system decreased with the addition of fillers and increased with the addition of additives.Under the same ratio,the filtration rate of the pulp system with light calcium carbonate was faster than that of heavy calcium carbonate,and the filtration rate of the pulp system with chitosan was faster than that of guar gum.
