摘 要:针对各种网约车都在以自己的营销方式和管理手段来抢占网约车市场,导致网约车市场发展不平衡问题,采用合作博弈理论系统分析滴滴出行、神州专车、优步在网约车市场中的收益情况.以Shapely值模型为基础,考虑资源投入、风险水平、客户满意度等影响因素,对收益分配模型进行优化,并通过算例分析,验证优化模型的合理性.The emergence of car-hailing has greatly changed people's travel,and the single mode of traditional travel has become more intelligent and convenient.At the same time,a variety of car-hailing software emerged at the right moment,and now there are a variety of car-hailing booking markets,such as Didi travel,Shenzhou special,Uber.Each car-hailing is occupying the ride-hailing market with its own marketing and management methods,resulting in unbalanced development of the ride-hailing market.In view of this problem,the cooperative game theory is used to systematically analyze the returns of Didi travel,Shenzhou special and Uber in the online car-hailing market.Based on the value of Shapely model,the profit distribution model was optimized by taking into account factors such as resource input,risk level and customer satisfaction.Finally,an example is given to verify the rationality of the optimization model.
