摘　　要：痰证理论是中医学的原创思维,是中医认识与分析疾病的重要理论模型,也是解决当前慢性复杂性疾病行之有效的指导原则。痰证理论历经两千余年的发展,在概念内涵与外延上经历了病证的独立、泛化与病证思维形成的过程;在辨治方面,痰证理论与明辨标本缓急、谨守病机、治病求本等理念的结合,使其得到更广泛、深入地普及。针对当前慢性复杂性疾病特征,应重新思考、审视、定位符合当前疾病谱系特点的痰证理论,以期发挥中医学原创的理论优势,更有效地指导临床实践,发挥独特的治疗作用。The phlegm syndrome theory is original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which is an important theoretical model of understanding and analyzing diseases of TCM, and also an effective theoretical tool to solve the current chronic complex diseases. After more than 2000 years of development, its concept and connotation have gone through the process of the independence, generalization and formation of disease and syndrome thinking. In terms of differentiation and treatment, the combination of the theory of phlegm syndrome and ideas such as identification of root and tip, discrimination of urgency, observance of pathogenesis, seeking the root of the disease has made it more widely and deeply popularized. In view of the characteristics of current chronic complex diseases, the theory of phlegm syndrome that meets the characteristics of the current disease spectrum should be rethought, reviewed, and relocated and the original theoretical advantages of TCM should be used to guide clinical practice more effectively and play a unique therapeutic role.
