摘　　要：我国第一个国家级文化生态保护区"闽南文化生态保护试验区"成立,旨在保护闽南文化的多样性、完整性和独特性,并能推动其永继性地传承、创新和传播。闽南地区高校图书馆也在这样文化氛围里思考自身的角色定位和职责使命,即如何发挥自己的优势为地方教育、学术、文化事业贡献力量。为此,闽南各高校馆相继启动了特藏资源建设项目、开发基于SQL Server 2008为技术支撑的特色数据库,在提供各自侧重领域的文献服务之余,也探讨着如何通过云计算技术推动区域文献保障联盟体系的最终完成。The first national cultural ecologyprotection area in China"Minnan cultural ecologyprotection pilot zone"was established,which aims to protect the diversity,integrity and uniqueness of Minnan culture,and promote its inheritance,innovation and dissemination.In this cultural atmosphere,university libraries in Minnan also think about their roles and responsibilities,that is,how to exert their advantages to contribute to local education,academic and cultural undertakings.For this reason,various university libraries in Minnan have successively launched the construction project of special collection resources,developed the characteristic database based on SQL Server 2008 as the technical support,and discussed how to promote the final completion of the regional literature guarantee alliance system through cloud computing technology in addition to providing literature services focusing on their respective fields.
