摘　　要：论文首先讨论了青年教师工程实践技能提升的必要性。其次,分析了青年教师工程实践能力的现状。最后从推进校企合作、建立教学团队、开展导师“传帮带”、加强高校整体对工程实践能力的重视性等方面完善对青年教师的认定与激励机制,构建对青年教师提升工程实践能力培育机制,以此促进青年教师工程实践能力的提升并推进工程教育质量的发展。Firstly,the paper discusses the necessity of upgrading young teachers'engineering practical skills.Secondly,the current situation of young teachers'engineering practice ability is analyzed.Finally,we should improve the identification and incentive mechanism of young teachers from the aspects of promoting school-enterprise cooperation,establishing teaching team,carrying out the mentor's help,strengthening the whole university's attention to engineering practice ability,and build a training mechanism for young teachers to enhance engineering practice ability,so as to promote the improvement of young teachers'engineering practice ability and promote the development of engineering education quality.
