摘　　要：我国专业学位研究生教育存在偏离“应用型”等问题,通过以行业创新发展需求为向导,以区域经济为纽带,地方政府为校企合作牵线搭桥,学生攻坚为主体的“政产学研”工程类专业学位研究生培养模式探索,为行业培养大批应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才,对于打破学生“就业难”和企业“人才荒”两难困境具有重大的现实意义。There is a problem of deviation from application in graduate education of professional degree in China.Through taking the industry innovation and development demand as the guidance,taking the regional economy as the link,the local government strives to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and explores the training model of the graduate student of engineering specialty.It is beneficial to train a large number of applied and compound high-level engineering technology and engineering management talents,which is of great practical significance to solve the difficulties of students'employment and the lack of enterprise talents.
