摘 要:散热结构作为动力舱的重要组成部分,对于动力舱性能的提升有着及其关键的作用。以某装甲车辆动力舱热流场作为研究对象,基于CFD虚拟仿真平台对动力舱涡壳散热结构进行建模与计算,并提出了三种涡壳结构的优化方案。在最恶劣工况(平原高温最大速度)下,对原涡壳结构和优化后的三种结构的模拟结果进行对比分析,结果显示方案1的温度降幅为最大,有效的优化了动力舱内的流场流动情况,及相应区域的温度均降到低于设计要求的最高温度(85℃),尤其是高压配电控制区(区域1)和电子器件集中区(区域3)的温度,最大限度的降低了能量损耗,大幅度提高了动力舱的可靠性、经济性和安全性。为后期车辆动力舱的散热系统的设计奠定了一定基础。Cooling structure as an important part of the power compartment,It has a crucial role in improving the performance of the power cabin.In this paper,the thermal flow field of the power compartment of an armored vehicle is used as the research object,modeling and calculation of volute cooling structure of power chamber based on CFD virtual simulation platform,and proposed three optimization schemes of volute structure.under the worst conditions(plain high temperature maximum speed),comparative analysis of the simulation results of the original volute structure and the three optimized structures,the results show that the maximum temperature drop in Option 1,effectively optimize the flow field flow in the power cabin,and the corresponding area temperature are lower than the maximum temperature required by the design(85℃),especially the temperature in high-voltage power distribution control area(area 1)and electronics concentration area(area 3),and minimized energy loss,significantly improved the reliability,economy and safety of the power cabin.It lays a certain foundation for the design of the cooling system of the power compartment of the later vehicle.
