摘  要:老年医学是一门新兴的专业,而临床医生并没有摆脱原有专科知识的影响,对老年人营养不良认识不够、诊断不足,导致老年患者一般功能状态下降、手术后恢复延迟、住院时间延长、再入院率和病死率增加、生活质量下降。作者通过文献复习,介绍了老年人营养不良的定义、原因、后果,以及筛查和治疗方法,旨在提醒临床医生:良好的营养状况是老年人生存优势的有力指标,营养状况决定老年人的健康、独立和生活质量,应着重认识和评估老年人营养不良情况,并将纠正营养不良作为首要治疗目的。Geriatrics is a new profession.At present,clinicians had not got rid of the influence of their original expertise,and they had insufficient understanding and diagnosis of malnutrition in the elderly.This leaded to a decline in the general functional status of elderly patients,delayed recovery after surgery,prolonged hospital stay,increased re-admission rate and mortality,and decreased quality of life.The author introduced the definition,causes,consequences,screening and treatment methods of malnutrition in the elderly through literature review,aimed to remind clinicians that good nutritional status was a powerful indicator of the survival advantage of the elderly,and nutritional status determined the health,independence and quality of life of the elderly.Emphasis should be placed on understanding and evaluating malnutrition in the elderly,and correcting malnutrition should be the primary treatment goal.
