摘　　要：编史修志,是一项功在当今、利在千秋的基业工程、文化工程。一个企业的发展史,需要去认真挖掘、系统整理、客观记述。编纂企业志,就是对企业发展史的记述,可以起到以史明志、鉴往知来、资政育人的作用。企业志作为专志的一种,编纂工作在既有经验的基础上,也亟需把握规律,加强实践,形成规范指导。Compiling history and annals is a foundation project and cultural project that has made great contributions to the present and the future.The development history of an enterprise needs to be carefully excavated,systematized and objectively recorded.The compilation of enterprise annals is the description of the development history of an enterprise,which can play the role of history,learning from the past and educating people by drawing on history experience.As a kind of special annals,the compilation of enterprise annals needs to grasp the law,strengthen practice and form standard guidance on the basis of experience.
