摘 要:为保障油田回注水质中细菌含量稳定达标,同时降低灭菌成本,首先分析了大庆油田各类水质中细菌分布情况和生产站处理后水质的细菌综合达标情况,确定采出水中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)是油田回注水杀菌的重点控制对象;然后通过对紫外线、lemup杀菌装置和有机溴类杀菌剂,在聚驱和水驱采出水处理站的单独和联合使用效果进行了试验研究,得出单独应用物理杀菌或化学杀菌的效果均不理想,推荐应用物理和化学联合杀菌技术,保障回注水水质稳定达标。In order to ensure the bacteria content in the reinjection water of oilfield reach the standard stably and reduce the sterilization cost,the distribution of bacteria in all kinds of water and the bacterial comprehensive reaching standard situation after the treatment in Daqing oilfield were analyzed,sulfate reducting bacteria(SRB)was determined to be the key control object of oilfield reinjection water sterilization.The experimental research on separate and combined use of ultraviolet,lemup bactericidal device and organic bromine bactericide were carried out in polymer flooding and water flooding produced water treatment station.The results of those experiments showed that,the effect of single physical or chemical sterilization were both unsatisfactory.The combination of physical and chemical sterilization technology is recommended to ensure reinjection water quality up to standard.
