“保险学”教学模式改革探索

摘　　要：随着经济的高速发展以及人们受教育程度的提高,国民保险意识不断提高,保险行业的发展前景呈现迅速扩张的趋势,急切需要培养具有保险专业知识的人才,相关专业也越来越重视对“保险学”的教学工作。“保险学”作为研究保险基础、类别、经营的课程,具有很强的实践性和综合性特点。结合当前“保险学”教学面临的困境,从教学方式、理论联系实践、教学互动化方面探讨教学改革的必要性,提出相应的教学改革对策建议,以期能够提高“保险学”教学效率和质量。With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's education level,the continuous improvement of national insurance awareness,the development prospect of the insurance industry shows a trend of rapid expansion,and it is urgent to cultivate talents with professional knowledge of insurance.Relevant majors also pay more and more attention to the teaching of Insurance.As a course to study the foundation,category and management of insurance,Insurance has strong practical and comprehensive characteristics.This paper discusses the necessity of teaching reform from the aspects of teaching method,theory and practice,teaching interaction,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions to improve the teaching efficiency and quality.
