摘 要:目的分析细胞核分离蛋白(NUDC)与抑制素(PHB)在宫颈癌患者癌组织中表达水平,探讨二者表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2012年12月-2016年5月金华市中心医院收治的82例宫颈癌患者,术中收集宫颈癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织。免疫组化法检测两组组织中NUDC与PHB蛋白表达水平,分析二者表达与宫颈癌患者临床病理特征及预后关系。结果宫颈癌组织中NUDC、PHB蛋白高表达率显著高于癌旁组织(均P<0.05)。NUDC、PHB蛋白表达水平与患者年龄、肿瘤直径及病理分型无关(P>0.05),与肌层浸润、分化程度、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中NUDC与PHB蛋白表达水平呈正相关(r=0.470,P<0.05)。NUDC高表达组、PHB高表达组患者3年总生存率分别显著低于NUDC低表达组、PHB低表达组患者(均P<0.05)。FIGO分期Ⅲ期、淋巴结转移、NUDC高表达及RHB高表达是影响宫颈癌患者不良预后的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论 NUDC、PHB蛋白在宫颈癌中均高表达,与分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移、FIGO分期及预后有关,二者可能共同影响宫颈癌发生发展。Objective To analyze the expression levels of nucleus isolate protein(NUDC)and inhibin(PHB)in cervical cancer tissues,and to explore their relationships with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of cervical cancer.Methods 82 patients with cervical cancer were selected from December 2012 to May 2016.Cancer tissues and normal tissues were collected during operation.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of NUDC and PHB in the tissues of the two groups,and their relationships with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of ceivical cancer patients were analyzed.Results The high expression rates of NUDC and PHB protein in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of NUDC and PHB proteins were not related to age,tumor diameter and pathological type(P>0.05),but were related to myometrial invasion,differentiation,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between NUDC and PHB protein expressions in cervical cancer(r=0.470,P<0.05).The 3-year overall survival rates of NUDC high-expression group and PHB high-expression group were significantly lower than those of NUDC low-expression group and PHB low-expression group respectively(P<0.05).FIGO stage III,lymph node metastasis,high expressions of NUDC and RHB were independent risk factors for poor prognosis of cervical cancer patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion NUDC and PHB proteins are highly expressed in cervical cancer,which are related to differentiation,invasion,lymph node metastasis,FIGO stage and prognosis.Both of them may affect the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
