摘 要:目的探讨头颈部病变影像诊断的临床教学中在MDT模式中联合应用CBL和PBL教学法的教学效果。方法选取在青岛大学附属医院放射科进行头颈学组轮转的本科实习生61名,分为两组,一组进行传统的临床带教(LBL);一组在MDT模式下联合应用CBL、PBL法进行临床带教。然后进行问卷调查及考核,比较两组间教学效果和考核成绩的区别。结果MDT模式下CBL联合PBL法在提高实习生自主学习能力和考试成绩方面优于传统教学法(P<0.05)。结论MDT模式下CBL联合PBL教学法在头颈部病变影像诊断临床带教中效果明显,能够有效提高临床带教质量,值得在临床带教中推广。Objective To explore the teaching effects of the application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method based on MDT model in the clinical teaching of imaging diagnosis for of head and neck diseases.Methods Sixty one residents who were in The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University performing imaging diagnosis of head and neck diseases in clinical practice were selected.We divided them into traditional clinical teaching(LBL)group and MDT model based CBL combined with PBL clinical teaching group.Then the teaching effects and students'satisfaction survey were carried out to compare the differences between the two groups in teaching effect and assessment results.Results MDT model based CBL combined with PBL clinical method is superior to LBL teaching method in improving the independent learning ability and test scores of residents(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT model based CBL combined with PBL teaching method is effective in clinical teaching of imaging diagnosis of head and neck diseases,and can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching,which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
