摘 要:对商用车轻量化主要部件(梁架、车轮、桥壳和厢体)所用热轧汽车结构钢的发展与轻量化应用进行了论述,重点介绍了热轧汽车结构钢的典型材料发展历程、强化机理、国内外研发现状及应用水平,深入阐述了近期EVI(Early Vendor Involvement)活动在国内外汽车制造商和钢厂之间的合作模式。最后,提出了国内热轧汽车结构钢在商用车轻量化应用中出现的问题和难点,并展望了热轧汽车结构钢未来的发展未来。In this paper,the development and lightweight application of hot-rolled automotive structural steel used in the main components of lightweight commercial vehicles(beams,wheels,axle housings and car bodies)are discussed.Focusing on the development of typical materials for hot-rolled automotive structural steel,the strengthen mechanism,domestic and foreign developing status and application level are mainly introduced.The Early Vendor Involvement(EVI)activities and cooperation modes,between domestic and foreign automakers and steel mills,are described in recent years.Finally,the problems and difficulties of domestic hot-rolled automotive structural steel in the lightweight application of commercial vehicles are proposed,and the future development of hot-rolled automotive structural steel is prospected.
