摘　　要：组织为了保证开发产品的质量,普遍引进了ISO9001《质量管理体系要求》,来进行产品实现全过程的管理。但是,对过程的管理不能放任自流,而必须以该"要求"对过程实施监控,人们通常把这种监控活动称之为对质量管理体系审核。文章论述了质量管理体系审核的基本概念,强调了体系审核活动是产品质量的保证,是对组织的"体检",为组织提供改进的机会,能为组织的创造利润。指出了审核员理解标准不准确,审核员要求不合理,被审核方碍于情面,被审核方整改的困惑等问题和改进对策,供相关方参考。Organization in order to ensure the quality of development products,the general introduction of ISO 9001"quality management system requirements"to carry out the whole process of product management.However,the management of the process cannot be allowed to go,but must be monitored by the"requirement",which is often referred to as a quality management system audit.This paper discusses the basic concept of quality management system audit,emphasizes that the system audit activity is the guarantee of product quality,is the"medical examination"of the organization,provides the organization with opportunities for improvement,and can create profits for the organization.It is pointed out that the auditor stoises the standard is not accurate,the auditor's request is unreasonable,the auditee hinders the situation,the auditer's confusion and improvement countermeasures are corrected for reference by the relevant parties.
