除湿消脂汤联合他克莫司治疗肠胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿消脂汤联合他克莫司治疗肠胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法:80例入选患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组予患处外搽0.03%他克莫司软膏,治疗组在对照组外用药的基础上,再予口服除湿消脂汤,均连续治疗4周。治疗结束后最终评定疗效,治疗结束1个月后随访。观察其疗效、复发、不良反应。结果:治疗组的总有效率、复发率、不良反应率分别为95%,5.88%,15%,对照组分别为80%、38.46%、32.5%。两组在症状总积分、总有效率、复发率上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:除湿消脂汤联合他克莫司治疗肠胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎疗效更好、复发率低。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of using Chushi Xiaozhi Decoction combined with Tacrolimus in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of changweishire type.Methods:80 selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,each group had 40 cases.The controlled group was treated with 0.03% Tacrolimus Ointment and the treatment group was treated with Chushi Xiaozhi Decoction and 0.03% Tacrolimus Ointment for 4 weeks.At the end of the treatment,the curative effect was evaluated and followed up one month later.The curative effect,recurrence and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate,the recurrence rate and the adverse reaction rate of the treatment group were 95%,5.88% and 15% respectively,and those of the controlled group were 80%,38.46% and 32.5%respectively.There were significant differences in total symptom score,the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chushi Xiaozhi Decoction combined with tacrolimus has better therapeutic effect and lower recurrence rate in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of gastrointestinal damp-heat type.
