摘  要:为了确保某小型实验堆工作安全可靠,其保护系统设计采用了多重冗余、独立性、降额和故障诊断等可靠性方法。并且,基于RBD和FTA模型对系统可用性和拒动率开展理论计算,定量评估了系统可靠性水平。通过对比可靠性设计开展前后的失效率等相关指标,验证了上述设计方法的有效性。研究结果表明,系统架构、器件电应力和诊断措施等因素对提升系统可靠性影响显著。文中的工程数据为同类型系统的设计和改造提供了可靠性增长的参考依据。In order to ensure a small experimental reactor can work safely and reliably,multiple reliability methods were adopted in its protection system design,including redundancy,independence,derating and failure diagnostics.Sequentially,system availability and PFDavg were calculated theoretically based on RBD and FTA models,system reliability level was evaluated quantitatively.Through comparing the failure rate related factors of the system before and after reliability design,it was verified that the design methods above were effective.The research results demonstrate that system architecture,electrical stress of components,and diagnostics measures have significant impacts on improving system reliability.Engineering data in the paper can be used as reference in design and modification of similar systems for reliability growth.
