摘 要:目的探讨孤独症患儿康复干预中引入图片交换沟通系统(picture exchange communication system,PECS)的效果。方法选取某儿童专科医院2016年6月—2017年5月收治的给予常规康复干预的50例孤独症患儿作为对照组,另选取该院2017年6月—2018年5月收治的给予引用PECS康复干预的50例孤独症患儿作为观察组。对比两组干预前后孤独症患儿心理发育状况、孤独症行为变化以及临床症状改善情况。结果观察组干预6个月后沟通、肢体、行为评分分别为42.71±7.01分、45.23±5.71分、52.59±4.79分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预6个月后CARS评分为30.25±4.73分,低于对照组(35.36±5.44分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预6个月后临床症状改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孤独症患儿在康复干预中引入PECS能有效改善患儿的心理发育状况,减轻患儿孤独症行为,改善临床症状,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of introducing picture exchange communication system(PECS)in rehabilitation intervention for children with autism.Methods A total of 50 children with autism who received routine rehabilitation intervention from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the control group.50 children with autism underwent PECS rehabilitation intervention from June 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled as observation groups.The psychological development,autism behavior and clinical symptoms of autistic children before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the communication,limb and behavior scores of the observation group were 42.71±7.01,45.23±5.71,and 52.59±4.79,respectively,which were higher than the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).The CARS score of the observation group was 30.25±4.73 points after 6 months of intervention,which was lower than that of the control group 35.36±5.44,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly better than the control group after 6 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of PECS in rehabilitation intervention for children with autism can effectively improve the psychological development of children,reduce the behavior of autistic children and improve clinical symptoms.It is worth promoting.
