摘 要:基于单因素法,即固定摩擦材料配方和其他工艺条件不变的情况下,采用不同热处理温度和压力制备摩擦材料,测试了不同热处理温度和压力下制备的摩擦材料的密度、摩擦系数、耐冲击强度、硬度等性能。结果表明,随温度的升高,试样的摩擦系数、冲击强度和硬度先增大后减小;随压力的升高,试样的摩擦系数和冲击强度先增大后降低,硬度变大;温度为180℃,压力为8 MPa时,材料的冲击强度和硬度最好,摩擦系数大,磨损率低;材料的密度在不同条件下变化不大,耐磨性变化较小,都能够满足正常使用。Based on the single factor method,the sample of friction materials were prepared at different heat treatment temperatures and pressures with fixed friction material formulation and other process conditions as invariables.Its properties,such as the density,friction coefficient,impact strength,hardness and other properties were tested.The results show that the trend of the friction coefficient,impact strength and hardness of the sample was first increased and then decreased along with the increase of temperature.With the increase of pressure,the drift of the friction coefficient and impact strength of the ample was also first increased and then decreased,but that of the hardness was rising steadily.When the temperature is 180℃and the pressure is 8 MPa,it will get the best friction performance.Under different preparing conditions of temperature and pressures,the density and the wear resistance of samples keep basically constant.
