摘　　要：采用文献资料法、体验式教学、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,以太极推手公选课程作为研究对象,通过问卷调查,从中了解学生在太极推手课程学习的动机,围绕课程建设和打造"金课"进行探讨。研究认为:建立易学有趣推手课程,深化教学课程管理制度,加大太极推手课程宣传,促进课程建设多元发展,构建易学易赛良性循环,促进太极推手课程建设的武术教学改革与创新,更好地传承太极推手这门身体技术,全面推动太极推手在高校的快速发展。In this paper,literature,experiential teaching,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods are used,Taking the public elective course of Taiji push hand of Wuhan Institute of physical education as the research object,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the students of physical education major,martial arts and traditional national sports major,and sports training major of Wuhan Institute of physical education,in order to understand the motivation of students’ learning in Taiji push hand course,and to explore the construction of surrounding courses and the creation of "golden course".The research shows that we should establish the interesting push hand course,deepen the management system of teaching course,increase the publicity of Taiji push hand course,promote the diversified development of course construction,and build a virtuous circle of easy learning and easy competition.Promote the martial arts teaching reform and innovation of Taiji push hand course construction,better inherit the body technology of Taiji push hand,and comprehensively promote the rapid development of Taiji push hand in Colleges and universities.
